1 T olive oil per cup of flour; 1 biscuit=1 serving
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup lowfat buttermilk
2 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. add oil
3. cut with pastry blender
4. add buttermilk
5. stir, turn out onto floured surface, cut into 12 biscuits
6. bake at 450 F for 13 minutes
