Home-Made Potato Wedges

Because we all know home-made tastes better than frozen. In my experience, Maris Piper potatoes make good wedges, but any sort will do.
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
Directions:
1. Take the potatoes and cut into wedges, leaving the skin on if prefered.
2. Place into a plastic food bag along with the olive oil, black pepper, salt, paprika and chilli powder.
3. Shake vigorously (ensuring bag is securely closed) until the wedges are evenly covered.
4. Bake in the middle of a hot oven for 30-40 minutes or until soft.
