Taken from 'Rosemary Conley's Complete Hip and Thigh Diet' book - one of my favourite breakfasts
Ingredients:
12 1/2 g oats
12 1/2 g sultanas (or 1/2 banana)
2 teaspoons wheat bran
1 apple, grated (eating)
150 ml milk (skimmed)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and add honey to taste if required.
2. Alternatiely, mix all ingredients (except banana) the night before and leave to soak in skimmed milk.
