Easy to make home-made granola bars the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of soft butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of corn syrup
1 egg
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups of quick oats
1 cup of chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
3. Beat butter, sugar, and syrup until light and fluffy.
4. Blend in egg and vanilla.
5. Add, and mix in oats and chocolate chips.
6. Press firmly into pan.
7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
8. Cool for 2 hours, then serve.
