Thought it's a healthy alternative for icecream .
Ingredients:
400 g lowfat evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks
2 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp butter
6 csshew nuts
12 raisins
6 seedless grapes , slit into 2
2 tbsp cubed mango
2 tbsp diced apple
2 tbsp orange pcs
1 banana sliced
Directions:
1. Simmer milk and essence until it starts to bubble on the sides .
2. Beat the egg , sugar and cornfour .
3. Slowly add the milk , continue to beat .
4. Return to fire .
5. Once starts to thicken , remove from fire .
6. Add the butter and the fruits .
7. Cool it .
8. Refrigerate until served .
