A tasty salad which is well received on a hot day. Cooking time is actually time to allow to chill in refrigerator.
Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) can tuna, packed in water,drained
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 sweet red pepper, sliced
1 cup sliced celery
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
3/4 cup green beans, cooked
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Let chill in refrigerator before serving.
