Holiday Vegan Golden Gravy

This is a very easy, helpful recipe I found and decided to post. I have never made it, but it sounds like it is quite nice 8)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup oil or 1/3 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups water
2 -3 teaspoons soy sauce or 2 -3 teaspoons tamari
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Toast flour and yeast flakes in a pan until they release a nutty aroma.
2. Add the oil or margarine and stir until bubbly.
3. Add the water and cook until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly.
4. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper.
5. Serve warm over tofu or other meal.
