Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix and melt corn syrup, brown sugar, and peanut butter in saucepan.
  2. Add cereals and mix well.
  3. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Pat smooth and let cool.
  5. Combine softened butter, pudding and milk in food processor or mixer.
  6. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  7. Spread over first layer.
  8. Melt chocolate square with butter, stir.
  9. Cool and spread over pudding layer.
  10. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
