Holiday Roasted Pepper Spread

This was in the Dallas Morning News. Source if Barton Creek Resort & Spa Times do not include roasting red peppers. You can use jars of roaste red bell peppers.
Ingredients:
2 cups roasted red peppers, peeled and seeded, diced small
6 ounces chevre cheese
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup shallot, minced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup yogurt
Directions:
1. Puree roasted red bell peppers. Mix cheeses until soft. Gradually combine all ingredients until completely incorporated with cheese.
2. Chill until firm and serve with crackers or rustic bread.
