Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz. jars junior babby fruit) 1 plum, 1 apricot
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, oil, and sugar together.
2. Sift flour and spices, soda and salt.
3. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture 1/2 at a time and beat well.
4. Add baby fruit (plums and apricots).
5. Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
6. Bake in a greased, floured tube pan at 325 degree oven 1 hour and 15 minutes, to 1 1/2 hours.
7. Glaze or ice cake or serve with Rum Sauce

10. Mix 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar with 2 Tablespoons milk.
11. Spread on top of warm cake.

13. Decorative Icing
14. Mix 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar with 1 Tablespoon milk.
15. Spread around outer and inner edges of cake and let drip down in icicle fashion.
