Holiday Festive Date Raisin Pecan Tarts

These tarts are delectable, festive. I love making tarts during the holidays! My cream cheese flaky pie crust is perfect for the shells. Before serving, top with whipped cream, and serve with a cup of good coffee! Read more ! YUM. The combination is heavenly.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped raisins (have made without chopping)
3/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 egg
juice and rind of 1 lemon
6 or 8 uncooked tart shells
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients
2. Spoon into uncooked tart shells
3. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown
4. Cool
5. When ready to serve, top with sweetened whipped cream
6. NOTE: Can use bought pie crust, and cut to fit tart pans OR can be made with purchased tart shells
