Ingredients:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 (10-ounce) package romaine lettuce
1 (5-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 cup walnut halves, toasted
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 9 ingredients in large salad bowl. Layer lettuce and next 4 ingredients over dressing. (Cover and chill up to 12 hours, if desired.) Add walnuts, and toss before serving.
