This is your one holiday salad you see at Christmas. It is so easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
3 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup yogurt
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts
1/2 minced bell pepper
2 sliced green onions
1 teaspoon paprika
pepper
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken.
2. Add and mix the mayo or yogurt, paprika, cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onions and nuts.
3. Add pepper to taste.
4. Serve as a sandwich or with crackers.
