I found this recipe on another web site. It's a delicious and quick marinade for fish.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets or 4 sea bass
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients except the fish.
2. Pat fish dry and coat with sauce.
3. Preheat barbeque or broiler and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
