A really tasy fruity shake thats high in protein with controlled carbs
Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana
325 ml frozen orange juice
9 frozen strawberries
1 cup nonfat milk
1 scoop whey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped ice
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
1 -2 tablespoon artificial sweetener
