A high protein shake - perfect for body builders. Low in carbohydrates
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 cup frozen pineapple, chucnks
20 g vanilla whey protein powder
3 drops coconut extract
1 tablespoon artificial sweetener
2 teaspoons flax seed oil
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth. 2. If the pineapple isnt frozen i advise adding ice cubes instead of the 1/2 cup of water! as my first attempt was quite warm and a struggle to drink! 3. Enjoy!
