High Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

Good, high protein snack or meal.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c quaker quick oats
5 egg whites
1 c 1% fat cottage cheese
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Make four pancakes in a non-stick pan or a pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
3. Cook on medium heat until lightly brown and firm on one side.
4. Flip and cook until other side is lightly brown.
5. Eat.
