One way to add protein to milk without whey powder. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, posting for easy finding.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (2%, 1%, or skim milk)
1/4 cup skim powdered milk
Directions:
1. Add skim milk powder to milk and beat until dissolved.
2. Enjoy!
