A very good high protein bread. I use it for sandwiches and toast.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup powdered soy milk
1/4 cup oat bran
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic medium or regular setting; press Start.
