High Fiber Pumpkin Pancakes

Perfect for fall. Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes are easy, filling, and delicious.
Ingredients:
fiber one pancake mix 2 cups (my preferred brand, but you can use whatever you like--ones that are mixed with water work best)
1/2 c or 1/2 can canned pumpkin
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs allspice
1 tbs nutmeg
pinch cloves
drop of vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Mix according to directions, and slowly add pumpkin and spices. Batter will be thick and fluffy. Add more pumpkin, to taste, or if batter is too thin.
2. Pumpkin will help them cook slightly slower than usual, so watch them carefully! They tend to come out more fluffy on a lower heat setting than what is usually called for on the box.
