Found this in an issue of Good Housekeeping magazine while waiting in the dentist's office.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup kashi golean crunch cereal
1 cup nonfat milk (skim)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon psyllium, husk powder
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
