You can use cooked or canned chicken also.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked shrimp
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup sliced olive
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup prepared hidden valley ranch salad dressing
lettuce, shredded
2 -3 pita pockets
Directions:
1. Mix shrimp, cucumber, olives and tomatoes.
2. Add salad dressing.
3. Stuff into pita pockets with lettuce.
