Ingredients:
1 (4 lb) pork loin
6 ounces bacon, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium onions, sliced
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
1 tablespoon hickory smoke salt
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can lima beans
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can butter beans
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
1 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
1. Slice onions and cook bacon.
2. Combine all items in the pressure cooker.
3. Cook on high until steaming regularly, turn down, and let cook 20 minutes.
