Ingredients:
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3 ounces lean chicken breasts, chopped
1/2 fuji apple, cored and chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup canned beets, drained, sliced
3 tablespoons feta cheese, reduced fat
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, fat-free
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
black pepper
Directions:
1. Place lettuce in large bowl and evenly top with remaining ingredients.
2. Set aside.
3. In small bowl, combine dressing and mix well.
