Ingredients:
3/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
2 ounces lean chicken, cooked, chopped (skinless)
1/2 tablespoon hot sauce (frank's redhot)
1 teaspoon blue cheese dressing, light
1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese, reduced fat
Directions:
1. Spray large microwave safe mug with nonstick spray.
2. Add egg beaters and onion. Microwave 1-1/2 minute.
3. Gently stir in chicken. Microwave 1 mini.
4. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese and parmesan.
