Ingredients:
2/5 c flour
2/5 c skim milk
1/5 c sugar
115 g flour
26 g canola oil
31 g unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp tarragon
2 tsp dill
3 tbsp grated parmesan
Directions:
1. Mix together, bake at 350 for 15 minutes
