Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
1/4 cup chopped onion or scallions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
worcestershire sauce
cucumber spears
sweet-pepper strips
carrot and celery sticks
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt with mayonnaise. Stir in egg, 1onion or scallions, parsley, basil, and a splash of Worcestershire. Salt to taste. Serve with cucumber spears, sweet-pepper strips, and carrot and celery sticks.
