Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 small carrot, peeled and finely diced
1/4 red bermuda onion, peeled and finely diced
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon minced fresh basil leaf
1 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
