Dress up sugar snap peas with your favorite fresh herb. A light hit of butter spray helps the herbs stick to the peas. Ingredients:
2 (9-ounce) packages frozen sugar snap peas |
butter flavored cooking spray |
1 tablespoon fresh basil or other desired herb |
Directions:
1. Cook 2 (9-ounce) packages frozen Sugar Snap peas according to package microwave directions. Coat cooked peas with butter-flavored spray, and stir in 1 tablespoon fresh basil or other desired herb.
