Herbed Lentil Casserole

A light casserole that is very easy to prepare. From The New American Diet.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup lentils, uncooked
2 2/3 cups water
1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 onion, chopped
1 1/4 cups white wine
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients except cheese in an ungrease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
3. Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
4. Spread cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes.
