This is my favorite homemade crouton recipe.
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut bread into 1/4 inch cubes.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
3. Toss well.
4. Bake at 350°F until crispy.
5. Enjoy!
