Ingredients:
2 quarts chicken broth
1 lb dried split peas
12 ounces chicken, boneless, cubed
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup carrot, diced
1/4 cup celery, sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a 6 quart slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
