Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoon(s) chopped fresh thyme
3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
2 clove(s) minced garlic
2 tablespoon(s) minced shallots
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 whole(s) skinless, boneless chicken breast
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken halves in a zip-top plastic bag in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.
2. Remove chicken from bag; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush the herb mixture evenly over chicken.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan; cook for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
