Herbed Cheese French Bread

Ingredients:
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
1/2 teaspoon fines herbes
dash of ground red pepper
2 green onions, chopped
1 (16-ounce) loaf french bread
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread cheese mixture evenly over cut sides of bread.
2. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) for 5 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
