Herbed Burgundy Burgers

Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs hamburger
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herb (thyme, chives, sage, and or or parsley)
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
4 hamburger buns
Directions:
1. Prepare hot grill. In a medium bowl, mix beef with wine, herbs, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Divide into 4 patties.
3. Place patties on oiled grill. Grill, turning once, until lightly charred on the outside, but still pink in the middle.
4. Meanwhile toast buns. Serve burgers on the buns.
