Ingredients:
3 cups picked herbs- any variety you like-stay away from rosemary and too much sage
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and white pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Chop the herbs as fine as you desire, and then place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients
