Ingredients:
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes
salt
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, parsley, cumin, oregano, and chili flakes. Add salt to taste.
