Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

The bread crumb mixture makes for a wonderfully moist and tender pork tenderloin roast. Very tasty!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
Directions:
1. Stir together first five ingredients.
2. Brush tenderloin with olive oil and roll in the crumb mixture until completely covered.
3. Roast at 425° for about 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160.
4. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
