Ingredients:
4 cup(s) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoon(s) baking powder
1/2 tablespoon(s) thyme
1/2 tablespoon(s) rosemary
1/2 tablespoon(s) sage
2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter cold, cubed
1 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
Directions:
1. Preheat 400
2. Whisk flour, baking powder, herbs, salt, & baking soda
3. Cut in butter, until crumbly
4. Add buttermilk, stirring until moistened
5. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface and knead few times to bring together
6. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch thick disk
7. Cut 12 biscuits with 2 1/2 inch cutter
8. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown (2 sheets, rotating halfway)
