Healthy & VERY TASTY salad that I created.
Ingredients:
lettuce (either romaine or iceberg)
fresh basil (taste, finely chopped)
fresh cilantro (taste, finely chopped)
fresh oregano (taste, finely chopped)
fresh rosemary (taste, finely chopped)
1/2 jalapeno (finely chopped)
1/2 fuji apple (diced)
1/2 tomato
1 scallion (chopped)
blue cheese (taste)
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients into SMALL bite-sized pieces. The objective is to get a little of everything on your fork.
2. Toss.
3. Serve.
