Helen Smith's Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen green beans, cooked or 1 (16 ounce) can green beans
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 dash ground black pepper
1 (3 ounce) can french-fried onions
2 tablespoons pimientos, diced (optional)
Directions:
1. Drain beans.
2. Combine with soup, milk, pepper and half of the fried onions.
3. Pour into a 9 x13 casserole dish.
4. Bake at 350F (175C) for 25 minutes.
5. Top with remaining fried onions and pimento.
6. Bake for 5 minutes.
