Heirloom Tomato And Watermelon Salad

This recipe is from New York magazine. Great with with fresh produce of summer and fall, but still wonderful even in the dead of winter with the produce available then. It will serve 6 to 8
Ingredients:
6 to 8 heirloom tomatoes of varying colors, at room temperature
1 small to medium red watermelon (cantaloupe size)
2 tbl evoo
1 tsp cracked coriander seeds (place in a plastic bag or kitchen towel and whack with a meat mallet)
sea salt and cracked black pepper
1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes into chunks of varying sizes ( 1 to 1 1/2 inch)
2. Cut the watermelon in the same fashion
3. In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients and gently toss, taking care not to bruise the fruit
4. Sprinkle with the dill and parsley and serve immediately
