Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl then dredge shrimp in it.
  2. Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the pan and saute' 5 minutes or until golden.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. Add 1 tsp oil to the pan.
  6. Add garlic and mushrooms and saute' 3 minutes.
  7. Add tomato and cook 1 minute.
  8. Stir in the shrimp, wine, and water.
  9. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  10. Serve over pasta.
