Heather's Avocado, Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and seed avocados.
  2. Cut avocados into small pieces to fit in the blender or food processor.
  3. Place ice cream, extract and avocados in blender and puree until well-blended.
  4. Stir in pistachio.
  5. Pour into container and place back into freezer overnight.
  6. Scoop, sit back and enjoy!
