Heather's Apple-Cranberry Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups non-fat soymilk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup egg (approximately 7)
4 cups whole wheat bread, cubed
2 cups apples, cubed
1 cup cranberries
Directions:
1. beat eggs and add spices, sugar, vanilla, milk.
2. combine bread and fruit and toss.
3. pour egg mixture over bread.
4. let sit 30 minutes.
5. bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
