Heath Bar Crunch Ice Cream

This is magnificent, crunchy, creamy, chocolatey and decadent. Yummers.
Ingredients:
4 heath bars
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Using a sharp knife cut candy bars into 1/2 chunks.
2. Place chucks in a bowl then cover and freeze.
3. Whisk egg in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy then whisk in sugar a little at a time and continue to whisk until completely blended.
4. Pour in cream, milk and vanilla then whisk to blend.
5. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze following manufacturer's instructions.
6. After ice cream stiffens about 2 minutes before it is done add heath bars.
7. Continue freezing until ice cream is ready.
