Ingredients:
5 dried prunes
5 dried apricots
1 t. sesame seeds
1 t. flax seeds
20 raw almonds
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. boiling water
Directions:
1. cut up prunes and apricots
2. add seeds and nuts
3. pour on boiling water
4. add yogurt
