Ingredients:
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed creamy onion soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pound ground beef
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a greased 4-qt. baking dish; mix well. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until the rice is tender. Yield: 12-16 servings.
