Hearty Macaroni Salad

This is definitely a meal, not a side dish. The original recipe called for 2 cups of cooked salad shrimp, but I left it out and increased the amount of the other meats.
Ingredients:
3 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
3 cups cubed cooked ham
7 ounces shell macaroni, cooked and drained
1 celery rib, sliced
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup miracle whip light
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss the meat, macaroni, celery, peppers, onion, salt, and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; mix well.
3. Pour over salad and toss.
4. Cover and chill 3-4 hours.
