Hearty Healthy Orange Wheat Breakfast Muffins

Healthy, healthy muffins. Great for breakfast. Easy to make, delicious with a cuppa coffee. They will stick to your ribs ! So good for you!! Only 20 minutes to bake. Stir them up with your eyes closed!
Ingredients:
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
note: these are wonderful also for breakfast on the go
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt
2. In small bowl, combine egg, oil, orange juice, whisk to blend
3. Add this mixture to dry mixture
4. Stir until just moistened
5. Mix in raisins
6. Divide batter among 12 greased muffin cups
7. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
